Mr. Sagar Vijay Kumar Mundada is the Chairman and Managing Director of the Company. He has completed his Higher Secondary education and has over four years of experience in the management and operations of businesses in the irrigation industry. His areas of experience include business development, financial planning and business operations.

He has been associated with the Company since its incorporation and is responsible for the overall management and supervision of the Company’s operations. His responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day business operations, production activities, quality control, process improvement and implementation of the Company’s operational plans and strategies.

Pritesh Vijaykumar Mundada is the Whole-time Director of the Company. He has completed his Higher Secondary education and has been associated with the Company since its incorporation. He has over four years of experience in the management, supervision and operations of the Company.

In his capacity as Whole-time Director, he is responsible for overseeing the management and administration of the Company, including business planning and corporate decision-making. He is also involved in overseeing the day-to-day operations and implementation of the Company’s business plans.

Kiran Pritesh Mundada is a Non-Executive Director of the Company. She has completed her Secondary School Examination and has over two years of experience in management, supervision and business operations. She has been associated with the Company since July 26, 2024.

In her capacity as Non-Executive Director, she is involved in client relationship management, human resource-related matters and supervision of the Company’s operations.

Shah Mittal N is an Independent Director of the Company. She is an Associate Member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India and holds a Bachelor of Laws (Special) degree and a Bachelor of Commerce degree. She has over eight years of experience in secretarial and legal compliance, capital markets and securities laws.

Chirag Rajeshbhai Tolia is an Independent Director of the Company. He is a Fellow Member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration. He has over ten years of experience in matters relating to the Companies Act, 2013, FEMA regulations, SEBI regulations, secretarial compliance, corporate governance, foreign investment, intellectual property rights and corporate restructuring.
